Multiple stylists operate at ASH + IVORY, bringing unique specializations catered to your hair needs. After you request a reservation, the individual stylists can assist you with the specifics of what to expect!
From consultation, to arriving at the salon, to getting cozy in your chair, to customizing your unique hair solution — it’s all taken care of every step of the way. We prioritize upfront communication and create a cup-filling experience so that you leave feeling refreshed inside + out.
It’s a privelege to be trusted with your hair hopes + dreams. We’re just as excited about the investment you’re making in you because confidence is contagious. Feeling good about your hair truly does exude into how you carry yourself and show up for those around you!
In the event that you would need to cancel or reschedule a
reservation, 48 hours notice is required. If we are within that
48 hour window, there will be a charge sent via invoice that is
determined by the allotted time you have reserved. If the invoice
remains unpaid after 24 hours, the card on file will be charged
to complete the invoice. Rescheduling is available when the
charge is paid in full. The fees are as follows:
Late Cancellation Fee:
$50/hour of time reserved
Due to the demand on our time, the no-show policy is defined as no communication prior to your reservation + not attending, or arriving more than 15 minutes after the scheduled time.
No-show Fee:
$100/hour of time reserved
Arriving 15+ minutes after the start of your reservation is considered "Late" + your service will likely need to be rescheduled. In this case, the late cancellation fee will be implemented.
Guests have one week from the day of their service to notify us of any adjustments that need to be made. If we receive this communication after one week has passed, the guest will then be responsible for their service adjustment fees.

Please know, you will kindly be asked to go home if you arrive to your appointment + appear sick +/or have a fever. In this case, the late cancellation fee will be implemented.
All devices are welcome in the salon however we ask that you please keep ALL notifications on silent. This includes cell phones, watches, laptops + tablets.
When taking a call, please use headphones to respect other people's salon experience. If your stylist is working ON you, please keep the call brief.
At ASH + IVORY, we prioritize maintaining a luxurious + relaxing environment for all our guests. We understand how important it is to carve out this time for yourself + how difficult it can be to plan ahead for your reservation.
